What happens when I place
an order online?
First, you will receive an e-mail confirmation indicating that your
order has been received. Big League Lawns, LLC will then process
your order and ship it to the address you specify, usually within
3-6 business days.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. In the event that you use
a P.O. Box, please specify an alternative shipping address in the
"Ship To" section of your secure order form.
Return Policy
The versatility of our CheckMate™ products is guaranteed. If
you cannot find a suitable connection on your mower, you may return
the system for a complete refund. Units must be return shipped in
their original packaging and free from any visible use. Please contact
us at sales@bigleaguelawns.com
for a return label to be affixed to your package. Once the unit
has been returned and inspected, we will credit your account within
5-7 business days.
Can I order by phone or fax?
Yes. You may leave us a voice message at (517) 579-7041 or simply send an email to sales@bigleaguelawns.com
with your contact information and a representative will call you
to take your order. Additionally, you may use the Fax Order Form to submit your order via fax.
